Core 77 posted an article that really struck me as interesting! It's about a new book,Sketchbooks: The Hidden Art of Designers, Illustrators and Creatives (Hardcover)
The book shows artist biographies then pages from their sketch books. After my drawing ii class, in which we had to keep a sketch book where we could put ANYTHING visual in it. This was probably my favorite assignment. And I realized I can you my sketches and random sketch book things for graphic design work! Take this flier for instance:
